You can enjoy everything from the exotic flavours of his seafood to one of the most delicious burgers in our sunny city \u2013 and, if you are a true carnivore like the <a href=\"https:\/\/kapstadt-haitauchen.de\/\">sharks<\/a> which peek into the Cargo Hold, there are juicy steaks from the grill.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diners can expect an array of light entrees \u2013 choose from Beef Carpaccio, Timbale of Marinated Salmon and Teriyaki Prawns, Escargot a \u2019la Cargo, freshly shucked oysters and more.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For mains, Chef Warren has included a selection of three pastas \u2013 Gnocchi Primavera (soft potato dumplings, saut\u00e9ed vegetables, rich creamy tomato sauce, parmesan cheese), Linguini Marinara (a seafood mixture of mussels, calamari, shrimps, cooked in olive oil, white wine and parsley) and Pollo Bianco (chicken, mushrooms, spring onion, garlic cream, linguine pasta).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/durban\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/cargo-hold-image.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1017\" src=\"http:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/durban\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/cargo-hold-image.jpg\" alt=\"cargo hold image\" width=\"950\" height=\"1244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/durban\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/cargo-hold-image.jpg 950w, https:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/durban\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/cargo-hold-image-229x300.jpg 229w, https:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/durban\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/cargo-hold-image-781x1024.jpg 781w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 950px) 100vw, 950px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Cargo Hold prides itself on providing the freshest fish on the market<b> <\/b>\u2013 from the line fish<b> <\/b>of the day which is simply<b> <\/b>grilled with herbs and spices, lemon and olive oil to grilled kingklip which is served with three prawns and in a white wine, garlic and dill cream sauce on a bed of seasonal vegetables and baby potatoes.
