Select from a mouth-watering range of pairings such as tempura prawns served with pineapple salsa and Simonsig Sauvignon Blanc 2017, or line fish served with lemon crushed potatoes, crispy capers, beurre noisette sauce and Simonsig Roussanne 2014. Don’t forget to leave room for delectable desserts such as vanilla crème caramel served with caramel popcorn, salted caramel ice cream and Simonsig Straw Wine 2011.
The menu changes monthly to remain seasonal and enticing, and you can choose a 2 course or 3 course food and wine pairing. Ideal as a year-end function or just an end-of-year treat.
