Marianne is a young estate producing small batches of very high quality wines from their elevated Simonsberg terroir. The entire winemaking process: from the viticulture, harvest, winemaking and bottling all takes place on the farm – strictly estate and one of the influences of their Bordeaux heritage (owner Christian Dauriac has been producing wine for over 40 years from 3 Chateau in prime Bordeaux country).
Their Mantra? “South African Terroir. French Savoir Faire”
To showcase their unique wines, they offer a fitting and uniquely local experience where five of their wines are paired excellently with three types of biltong especially created for this occasion. This ensures that the wines will be perfectly complimented by the biltong making the tasting experience worthy of remembering.
The Wine & Biltong Experience is R115 per person and includes 5 wines & 3 biltong meats.
