Tobago’s Restaurant and Terrace at Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront celebrates the beginning of the Chinese New Year 2018, The Year of the Dog.
This traditional festive celebration revolves around food and drink, families and good friends.
Chef Norman and his team have prepared a delicious Chinese New Year’s menu for guests. Starters include vegetable spring rolls with sweet chili dipping sauce, or tasty pot stickers with sesame and ginger dipping sauce.
Mains offer a choice of traditional Beef Chow Mien served with fried rice and noodles, or a sweet and sour pork, also served with fried rice and noodles. Dessert is vanilla pod ice cream with crispy honey glazed bow ties.
Mains cost R95 each and mains R175. Dessert will cost R65.
Cape Town is experiencing the worst drought since 1904 and the dams supplying the city are running empty.
We are committed to doing our part to assist the community wherever possible and as this Chinese New Year is the Year of the Dog we shall donate 1×1.5lt water for each starter or dessert and 2×1.5lt water for every main dish ordered off our Chinese New Year Celebratory menu to “WATER for PAWS”.
WATER for PAWS is an initiative to help rescue animals in the drought stricken Cape Town areas obtain water.
