Their aim is for everyone to leave knowing how to cook something truly delicious without consulting a recipe – think of it as kitchen liberation!

The team has been double testing recipes that will be exclusive to the cookery class at Ginger & Lime. And even though they’ve been eating fillet every which way as a result, they can’t wait to do it all over again at the cooking course.
