Since December 2015, the Mussel Monger and Oyster Bar have been sharing their love of two of the world’s most sustainable seafoods, Oysters and Mussels, specifically from the Saldanha Bay region.
How do they ensure their deliciousness? Firstly, they only source the highest quality product. Secondly, they handle and store them in these really unique, custom-built sea water tanks, to keep them happy and… well… delicious. Together this means their seafood is plump, sweet, salty and firm.
