Darling Brew enthusiastically support local producers as Head Chef Ryan Josten is intent on sourcing most ingredients in the Cape West Coast community.
The bar – built using the shipping crates from the brewing equipment by local artisan Edmund Tango – offers craft beer on tap. Innovative ideas like this have made Darling Brew Africa’s first carbon neutral brewery.
Beer tastings are offered through the popular ‘tasting flights’ and a full range of bottled beers is available for sale. Take home your favourite 4-pack when you visit!
The family-friendly grassy play area boasts a gigantic jungle gym and your well-behaved dog is welcome in the outdoor area!
