Cheese and wine tastings are a great weekend activity. And what better place to take part in the activity than the Cape Winelands? The area is filled with vineyards and beautiful scenery to look at on your drive through the area. It is also a good idea to stop, take part in the cheese and wine tasting, and then walk past the vineyards, so that you can get a better look at the grapes and the many rows of the vines.
The area (obviously) has a lot of excellent wines to choose from, given its name.
