A new unique Menu every Week at Liberty’s Restaurant

Liberty’s Restaurant is a chic restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu and all-day dining in a discreetly glamorous atmosphere. Having spent 15 years honing his culinary talents across Europe and South Africa, executive chef Simon Kemp has made the DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Town – Upper Eastside kitchen his creative home. Every week, he invites you to try a new summer special menu. The one displayed below is available from Monday until the 27th January 2019.

Onion Soubise, charred shallot shells, wild mushrooms, roasted carrot puree, coffee infused Port jus
