A new unique Menu every Week at Liberty’s Restaurant

Liberty’s Restaurant is a chic restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu and all-day dining in a discreetly glamorous atmosphere. Having spent 15 years honing his culinary talents across Europe and South Africa, executive chef Simon Kemp has made the DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Town – Upper Eastside kitchen his creative home.

Every week, he invites you to try a new summer special menu. The one displayed below is available from Monday until 22 September 2019.

With apple & rooibos jelly

105 | Strawberry, Gorgonzola & walnut salad

Rocket, baby spinach, apple cider vinaigrette & baby beets

135 | Pan fried line fish

Warm citrus, fennel, watercress & new potato salad

125 | Chimichurri Sirloin

200g char grilled sirloin, turmeric roast new potatoes, wilted greens, salt roast baby beets, spiced butternut puree, Chimichurri

135 | Lamb “Wellington”

Slow roast pulled lamb shoulder, crisp pastry, wilted baby spinach, wild mushrooms, fondant potatoes & Pinot Noir jus

65 | Hazelnut & dark chocolate brownie slice

Hazelnut sable, salted caramel, hazelnut ice cream
