Liberty’s Restaurant is a chic restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu and all-day dining in a discreetly glamorous atmosphere. Having spent 15 years honing his culinary talents across Europe and South Africa, executive chef Simon Kemp has made the DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Town – Upper Eastside kitchen his creative home. Every week, he invites you to try a new summer special menu. The one displayed below is available until the 22nd of October 2017.

200g Char grilled sirloin topped with a Café du Paris butter and served with Cajun spiced rustic chips
