Join in Royal Wedding festivities with a quintessentially English High Tea!
The Cellars-Hohenort is hosting a classic High Tea to coincide with the Royal Wedding on Saturday 19 May from 12h00. Watch HRH Prince Harry tie the knot with Meghan Markle at Windsor Castle, with a cup of tea in hand and an array of tea-time treats before you.
At R245 per person, the tea includes a glass of bubbles on arrival and a feast of savoury options such as smoked salmon blini & chive cream cheese, roasted vegetables & goat’s cheese tarts, grass fed beef & peppadew sosaties, hummus, lavash, artisan cheese & cured hams.
For the sweet tooth – a mélange of flavored cupcakes, fresh fruit pavlovas, textures of chocolate, pecan nut wedges & cream, chocolate éclair, walnut carrot cake, classic Madagascan chocolate cake and key lime pie.
Elegant finger sandwiches to tempt the taste buds are roast beef, horseradish, pickled mustard, cucumber, dill cream cheese and coronation chicken. Tea and coffee are also included.
