West Coast oysters served with shallot vinaigrette, champagne foam, apple and cucumber

Second course
saffron mushroom ravioli with pancetta-wrapped green asparagus and white truffle aspuma

Third course
fynbos herb- crusted springbok loin with baby beetroot, with rapini, red onion and port wine

Fourth course
chocolate mousse that’s served with sweet fondant, ganache and crumble and petit fours with  tea or coffee
