On Saturday the 1st of November, Mondiall at the V&A Waterfront will be hosting a vertical tasting of twelve oysters paired with MCC and champagne.
They are taking things to the extreme by pairing different sizes (i.e. different ages) of oysters with different ages of Methode Cap Classique wines and champagnes. Something different which is bound to be a lot of fun. Expect cocktail oysters paired with non-vintage MCC, medium oysters with vintage MCC and large oysters with Grande Marque bubbly and delicious French champagnes.
