9 November: Jewells: Neil and Tina from Spice Route

Artisinal Breadmaking with Tina Jewell: Learn to bake your own speciality breads from scratch, from sourdough to flatbreads. Nothing more satisfying than eating freshly baked bread created with your own hands.

Curing Meat & Fermentation Process with Neil Jewell: Neil is going to focus on curing and fermenting including bacon cure, rillette, cured egg yolk lacto-fermented tomato and building your own cardboard smoker.

12 November: Asian Fusion

Nathalie is a passionate foodie, a classically trained chef in fact, she is very much a world traveller and is qualified as an Integrative Nutrition health coach, who loves to eat a wholesome, mostly planted-based “diet”, free from processed foods and artificial ingredients wherever possible.
