Le Roux Pinot Noir, whilst the trio of flavours of a Mediterranean sosatie complements the fruity tones of the J.C. Le Roux Pinot Noir Rosé. The combination of green olive with lemon and thyme is a knock-out with the natural crispness and lively character of J.C. Le Roux Brut. The sweet-peppery pairing of a green olive stuffed with Pimento and La Valleé Rosé ends this tasting on a high note.
