O my Goodness Christmas Ideas

I am the first to admit that I do not know a lot about gluten, wheat and sugar free, vegan, raw living, and if you have read my reviews before, you will have realise that I am not afraid of a little (read: lot) of oil, fat or general unhealthiness.

O’ My Goodness, however, know a lot.

Some of my fave products are:

Mushroom biltong:

For a veggie friend who craves the real thing, this stuff is a win. It has the taste flavour and texture of biltong with a bit of a twist. I even surprised a few friends by feeding it to them without telling them what it was. They couldn’t tell the difference.

Fiery Mushrooms:

I actually liked eating these ones as biltong, but they would be great added to any mushroom-based dish for a little heat.

Sweet Potato Flax Crackers:

These little crackers have a mustardy flavour to them from the flax and seeds.

Spicy Cashews:

They’re spicy cashews. Really nice ones.

Apple Cinnamon Crunch:

This was divineee. A really lovely sweet snack, which I ate with yogurt and fruit.

Carob Oat Rounds

Little balls of chocolaty goodness. But not. But they are. But they’re healthy. Score.

If you are looking for a last minute healthy Xmas gift, have a look at their Facebook page  http://www.facebook.com/omygoodness.co.za?fref=ts or give them a call on 044 533 6317 to order. They are based in Plett, but can send products to you!
