Summer Menu at Cuvee at Simonsig

Just in time for summer, they have just launched their new summer menu boasting fresh seasonal ingredients. To start with something light, you may choose the ostrich tartar, carrot risotto or the ginger cured yellowtail. Main dishes include braised pork belly, pan-fried springbok loin and chalmar beef rump among a few others. For those with a sweet tooth, there is a range of various desserts on offer from chocolate to cheese platters and  rose infused panna cotta with strawberries.
