Their expert chef team patiently smoke the premium Angus beef brisket for 8 hours using premium oak to create the most fragrant, tender and juicy beef brisket you have ever tasted in South Africa. Using a tradition southern Texas smoking style, the brisket has just the right amount of fat and flavour.
Next on Coco Safar’s new Cafe Takeaway Menu is their juicy Maple-Rosemary Roast Chicken, rubbed with rosemary and pure maple butter, imported from Quebec, under the skin to give it that Coco Safar touch.
Coco Safar pairs this with a series of stunning Comfort and Haute Sides, perfect for chilly nights in or Sunday Lunch with the family. From the most incredibly light carrot soufflé to dreamy, creamy truffle polenta, triple-cooked herb fries, artisanal pickled vegetable with Buchu and turmeric and a comforting potato & butternut puree that will leave you wanting more.
Both their new Cafe Takeaway options can be ordered as a single portion or family size meals, and come with a side of fluffy carrot soufflé, a ciabatta roll or sourdough baguette and either triple-cooked herb fries or tangy green bean & snap pea salad. The family meal option comes with more sides and decadent desserts to ensure a memorable meal for the whole family.
