Founded by Lorna Scott and her family, their heritage set the stage for the brand name – Inverroche. The Scottish word “Inver” meaning ‘a confluence of water’ and the French word “Roche” meaning ‘rock or stone’, are two of the very elements that have come together to spark this venture.
Newly released, Inverroche Limestone Aged 10 Year Rum is unique due to the lime rich waters of the Still Bay region. Exceptionally smooth, mature and balanced a palate of butter scotch, complex wood & spice notes as well as orange zest, walnuts and ripe plums can be enjoyed.
Inverroche Distillery Limestone Rum aged for 10 years, mellowed in charred second full bourbon barrels, then transferred to second or third fill Muscadel or Sherry casks. Inverroche Rum has complex spice and wooded notes, with roasted coffee and peated finish.

Infused with fynbos from the mountainous terrain of the Cape Floral Kingdom, Inverroche Gin Verdant is floral and soft with a translucent golden-green hue. Delicate aromas reminiscent of elderflower and chamomile, lead to summer blooms, a touch of spice, subtle juniper, waxy lemon rind and alluring liquorice on the palate.
