Moroccan Style Interactive Cooking Class with Salt & Sage

I love me some cooking classes, and Salt and Sage is always a go to for this.

I must admit though, when I went to my first one, I didn’t do much cooking. I did a whole lot of tasting (read that as stuffing my face), drinking wine and of course mingling with other guests who were actually cooking.

This time, we are taking it all the way Moroccan on the 11th of July! Fancy a skill on how to cook Middle Eastern food? Then this one is definitely for you.

At R695.00 for the cooking class, guests will get a chance to prepare dishes like a Moroccan style butternut soup, lamb and pistachio patties with a sumac yoghurt dressing, Moroccan spiced chicken and preserved lemon skewers with an apricot glaze, a baked mint rice with pomegranate and olive salsa. How amazing!

And as always, there will be wine. So if you want to enjoy your evening with great food and great company in an intimate venue with beautiful views of Bantry Bay and the ocean, then book now.
