Here they go again, a brand new menu from the team at La Mouette. Just a sneak peek of images. More to follow soon. But seriously, how delicious does this sound? I think I fall in love with them a little more each and every month.

Roasted cauliflower soup  

Gruyere cheese scones, truffle Chantilly and red onion jam

Celery panacotta

Hazelnut crumble, grilled asparagus, apple and celeriac remoulade

Peas, ham and eggs

Glazed pork belly, lomo, peas, parmesan cream and egg yolk emulsion

Salt and pepper squid

Roasted corn, puree, pickled cucumber and caramelised onion ketchup

 Springbok ‘pie’

Bitterballen, medallion, spring baby vegetables, smoked mash and crispy pastry

Franshoek Trout

Tartar, cauliflower cous cous, quinoa, crispy calabash, pickled pumpkin seeds, spiced chicken jus

Please note the Tasting Menu is available for the whole table only. In an effort to guarantee the best possible service for your table, we are unfortunately unable to mix the Tasting and a la carte menu. Open Tuesday to Sunday nights 6pm onwards and Sundays all day.

For tables of 10 or more a 12% discretionary service charge will be added to your bill. A voluntary & much appreciated R5 donation will be added to your bill for Streetsmart Charity
