Executive Chef David Tilly invites you to join the Vault at Taj Cape Town, for the much anticipated Food and Wine Pairing Dinners which will happen every month. The venue was build in the 1920s as a walk-in bank vault for the African Banking Corportaion and is still displaying the original colossal safe-door.
La Motte, Creation, Paul Cluver, Anthonij Rupert, Tokara, Klein Constantia and Simonsig have been invited to pair their beautiful wines with the creations by Chef David Tilly. Tickets are R495 per person and includes a welcome drink, canape as well as a four course wine paired dinner.
