Master the art of the Steak!
The owner of the Rare Grill is the man who previously owned another rather famous steakhouse that we won’t mention, but trust us when we say that this man knows meat. Their steaks are wet aged for four weeks. Their menu is simple, and while the steak is the main event, they also have calamari, chicken and pork ribs, as well as a range of starters and a few sweet desserts.
Chef Greg is sharing his passion for steak and wine in a steak cooking class on 23 January from 7-10pm.
Learn to grill the perfect steak, taste different cuts and breeds, learn about aging meat and try your hand at creating your own sauces and sides. The cost is R450 per person.
