Reuben’s and One&Only Cape Town are thrilled to host Bruwer Raats of Raats Family Wines, along with JP Rossouw of the Platter’s Guide for a wine-paired dinner on 6 September 2018.
Celebrity chef Reuben Riffel’s urban home, Reuben’s at One&Only Cape Town offers a fusion menu that celebrates the Cape’s rich culinary heritage and diverse produce and flavours. Sandi Richmond, Head Chef and recent Inter Hotel Challenge Winner, has crafted an exquisite menu for the night thats bound to impress. The four courses will be cleverly paired with wines from Platter’s “Winery of the Year 2018”, Raats Family Wines.

Having received 3 Platter’s 5-star ratings this year, Bruwer Raats, award winning winemaker and family member, will explain the process of how he has created some of South Africa’s mostrevered wines.
Platter’s Guide, South Africa’s first and still best-selling wine annual, is the comprehensive, up-to-date and authoritative guide to who’s who and what’s what in the winelands. JP Rossouw, from the Platter’s Guide, will join Bruwer Raats in taking diners through an unforgettable journey of the most delicious wines. Luvo Ntezo, Head Sommelier at One&Only Cape Town, will MC this event.
