The most expensive Burger with Hard Rock Cafe

Ever imagined eating gold?

Hard Rock Café serves American classic burgers, sandwiches, salads, steaks, salmon, springrolls, flatbreads, milkshakes, cobbler and cheesecake, caused more than a few jaws to drop when they announced the launch of a rather expensive menu item.

The legendary brand is taking a New York favourite, slapping it on a burger bun and topping it with 24 karat edible gold leaf. That’s right. Hard Rock Café has just dropped a steak and gold leaf burger. While this isn’t the only new menu item, it is certainly the most news-worthy.

The launch of the country’s most expensive burger is not just for fancy’s sake. It’s part of a local outreach programme.

Proceeds from this burger will go towards different local outreach programmes and Hard Rock’s ongoing philanthropic efforts through the Hard Rock Heals Foundation and their “Love All – Serve All,” “Take Time to Be Kind,” and “Save the Planet” mottos, while honouring its commitment to giving back to the community and making the world a better place to be.

Other delicious burgers on the menu include:

  • The Original Legendary Burger – Steak Burger with smoked bacon, yellow cheddar cheese, crispy onion ring, leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, served with Hard Rock’s signature steak sauce on the side.
  • The Big Cheeseburger – Steak burger that boasts three slices of yellow cheddar cheese melted on a patty, served with leaf lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and red onion.
  • Double Decker Double Cheeseburger – Steak Burger with American cheese, mayonnaise, leaf lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and red onion.
  • BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger – Steak Burger is seasoned and seared with a signature spice blend, topped with house-made barbecue sauce, crispy shoestring onions, yellow cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato.

For variety, opt for their sliders and shareables menu, which lists spicy shrimp, whiskey bacon sliders and cheese and tomato flatbreads.  In addition, Hard Rock Café has delicious boozy milkshakes, fun takes on classics such as Strawberry Cheesecake and Cookies & Cream. Enjoy as a non-alcoholic option too.
