We never thought we’d say that there was something missing from the Foundry Café’s menu of mussel pots and spit roasted chicken, greens and grains and wood-fired pizzas, burgers and decadent desserts like honeycomb gelato with espresso. It sounds simply and perfectly delicious, doesn’t it?
But what about breakfast on Saturdays? The Foundry is now serving breakfast on Saturdays from 8-11am.
Accompanied by freshly squeezed juices, here is a sample of what you can expect for your most important meal of the day:
