It’s the time of the year, where upmarket restaurants across the country will offer their menu at reduced prices either for lunch or dinner. Seats have to be pre-booked in advance through the Restaurant Week online portal.

The Bull Run opened its doors on 28 October 2000 to a welcoming crowd of South Africans and visitors from around the world. Situated in the ever-growing and bustling financial district, The Bull Run sits at the base of the Protea Hotel by Marriott® Johannesburg Balalaika Sandton, a treasured destination for travellers.
Since the beginning, quality meat has been an integral part of The Bull Run’s identity. Patiently matured and given the respect it deserves; each cut is prepared to customers’ exacting standards.
How to book?
From 1 October – 30 October 2021, The Bull Run will serve you a 2-course lunch menu (R300) and a 3-course dinner menu (R395) using only seasonal fresh ingredients to give you a real taste of the world.
Infused with fresh coriander, mint, garlic & lemon served with a sweet chili salsa
Roquefort & poached pear salad
Served with candied pecan nuts and drizzled with a light Dijon dressing
Pan fried rib eye steak
Smothered in a creamy brandy & green peppercorn sauce
Smoked kassler pork chops
Served with a creamy appletizer sauce
Served with a lemon butter, caper sauce
Macadamia pesto linguini
Topped with feta & roasted cherry tomatoes
Berry Panna Cotta
With mint & lime gel, mango jellies, mini berry macaroons and vanilla ice cream
Baked Caramel Cheesecake
Topped with salted caramel popcorn
