  1. Gold Reef City!!! This place is awesome…it has a way better variety of rides than cape towns ratanga junction and has that jozi vibe which definitely gives it some character. after having some fun on the rides, a little gambling never hurt anyone…well not much. i think gold reef city is much more than jozis answer to ratanga, its a statement!!

  2. Orlando towers bungee jumping

The Soweto bungee jump adds a whole new dimension to sightseeing in this famous township. Bridging the gap between adventure and township tourism, it allows visitors to enjoy one of its most famous landmarks like never before. Soweto bungee jumps and swings will have you falling head over heels for this township in no time.

  3. Quad biking

Take these four-wheeled machines and hit the dry Johannesburg ‘veld’ (grassy plains) and have some speedy fun in the sun, or tour Soweto.

  4. Johannesburg Zoo! A great place to spend time with family and friends while appreciating the wildlife, and having a picnic feast to top it all off! 🙂

  5. I absolutely love the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens. Its clean, quite, serene – the perfect getaway from the hectic city life of jozi.

  6. I’m not an animal or height person so my Joburg adventure is simple I’d start off with a little tour at the SAB world of beer in Newtown, than take a stroll to The Bassline to take a young selfie with Ma Brrrr, walk around a bit and probably buy some crafted thing(love beautiful arty things) than hop in those city sightseeing hop-on hop-off red buses and experience the city relaxed and comfortable after that hop into a cab and head for Soweto probably Chaf-Pozi for inyama ewociwe, pap and chakalaka than afterwards its drinks all the way…

  7. Gold Reef City. Johannesburg has many amazing places and so much rich heritage but for me gold reef city is the place to be filled with the most adventurous rides and the visit to the mine #amazeballs. Jhb is the city to be in!

  8. Day has to start off with a spot of breaky at salvation cafe at 44 stanley – you cant expect to explore the city on an empty stomach. After that I’d get on the red bus for a bit of a tour of the city, stopping off at sab world of beer and then grabbing some mexican at perron in illovo. I’d end the night with a bit of a tackie squeak at churchills with a cigar or two

  9. A trip around jhb stopping at the awesome foodie spots and heritage sights . then some night spots and ofcourse some Heineken

  10. You won’t go wrong with soweto from the world cup Stadium FNB (soccer city) to Vilakazi Street the only street in the world to have housed two Nobel Prize winners – former president Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu – famous street is lined with heritage sites such as the Hector Pieterson Memorial.
