Cook with Luke Dale Roberts and I-Cook Channel

Bring the top chefs of South Africa into your own home!

Last week we had the absolute pleasure of joining the very first I-Cook Channel event. Kicking things off with Franck Dangereux from The Foodbarn in Noordhoek, I-Cook Channel will be bringing talented top chefs from South Africa’s best restaurants straight into your own kitchen where they will showcase one of their signature dishes while an interactive chat allows all participants to ask questions as you cook along.

I must say that the seared ribeye tagliata with rocket, glazed turnips, grilled mushrooms and truffle oil was a huge success even though I didn’t have all the necessary utensils in my kitchen. That’s the great thing about the interactive nature about this online cooking demo. You don’t like one of the ingredients, you can ask the chef. You’re missing an item in your kitchen? The chef will give you an alternative. It’s fantastic!

I-Cook Channel is brought to you in conjunction with Food Guru and Daily Dish. This means, that all ingredients will be delivered straight to your door on the day so you don’t have to rush out and gather all of the ingredients. It’s as simple as it can be, with no hassle at all, to make sure you have the most fun during these classes as possible.

When is the next cooking class happening?

How would you like to learn to cook a Beef Wellington with Luke Dale Roberts of The Test Kitchen?

Pete Goffe-Wood will be our host again for this unique cook-along Masterclass with Chef Luke Dale Roberts of The Test Kitchen where you will learn the finer skills of cooking Luke`s signature dish, his famous Beef Wellington.

This makes the perfect Father’s Day gift but remember that last orders have to be made by 18 June.

Your ticket will include the ingredients and delivery of Luke’s recipe in a box of either 2 or 4 portions at R425 – R595. The Box will be delivered to your home within 24 hours prior to the show.

Get your tickets to join the show!
