Together with Master Presenter and fellow Ultimate Braai Master Judge, Pete Goffe-Wood, Bertus will show us how to cook his signature Fragrant Coconut Poached Chicken
In Episode 4 on the Live-Cook Channel, Chef Bertus Basson brings us a virtual masterclass on how to create Fragrant Coconut Poached Chicken with Jasmin Rice, Cucumber and Cashew Pickle.
