Gastro-pub Choo Choo Junction offers all you’d expect from a Steam-Punk themed pub in Linden – tasty wingers and burgers, plus healthier alternatives in the form of fresh salads, cheesy pizzas and themed food nights to take your taste buds on a trip around the world.
Pasta Evenings at Choo Choo Junction
Speaking of pizza and trips around the world, Choo Choo Junction is going Italian and Swiss for the month of August with two sizzling events. Every Wednesday and Saturday night, grab a front row seat to watch a Grana Padano cheese wheel be set alight with brandy. Watch chefs toss some cooked linguine in the melted cheese, add some lemon sauce, a crack of pepper and a dash of parsley and baby tomatoes and place it right in front of you. Yum!
In keeping with the cheesy theme, take a trip to the Swiss cheese Alps for August’s themed menu night. Think all things Swiss – and they do more than just cheese! The dates are 21 and 22 August. Ask for your Taste Passport and earn free wine each time you get on board.
