How are you celebrating your weekend?

The Foundry Café’s delivery menu consists of all your favourite Foundry meals – whether you prefer it healthy with a tuna tataki and Asian greens, a juicy Philly steak burger with sweet grilled pepper and jalapenos, or a seafood lover’s mussel pot with delicious extras such as chorizo, pancetta, potatoes and cream. But our favourite? It has to be the ribs.

Available for sit-down guests and take-away!

Succulent 1kg pork belly ribs with a BBQ and pomegranate glaze, served with handcut chips is usually R260 – but get it this Friday, Saturday and Sunday for R210!
