Lets start off with the oven and grill…
Our Vulcano Gres oven is entirely hand crafted and imported from Spain, and its the first one of its kind in Cape Town. All our meat is cooked on the open fire grill and our higher end cuts are cooked in the oven – locking in all the flavours.
While offering a selection of different cuts and dishes on our specials board, our iconic steak is the Flat Iron steak, which is served with a fresh watercress salad for only R109.
We are all about where our meat comes from and sustainability. We support the local farms/butchers and use only the best quality meat that is free-range, grass fed and hand-reared, free from growth hormones or stimulants.
To end off the dining experience, guests will receive a poker chip that allows them to redeem a salted caramel ice-cream, from Unframed ice-cream, topped with Valrhona chocolate shavings on their way out.
Our bar is based off of the 1920’s environment when classic cocktails and highballs were all the rage, we use only the highest quality spirits and ingredients to produce the finest calibre of drinks.
