Ice-cream Making Workshop at Boschendal

Join an Ice-cream Weekend Workshop on the 7th and 8th of October and become a gelato master at Boschendal! 

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Christiaan Campbell and his team, you will learn the tips and tricks to create gourmet ice cream. All recipes are based on the cornerstones of passion and tradition, and Boschendal believe in using only the best and freshest ingredients.

The weekend includes one night in Boschendal’s luxury Werf Cottages, so that you can enjoy the Saturday afternoon workshop and a delightful two-course dinner at the Werf Restaurant before a great night’s sleep. Sunday starts off with breakfast in our Farm Shop and Deli before the Sunday workshop. Then finish off your weekend with a light lunch.

Tickets are R1970 per person sharing / R2155 per person single. This includes includes accommodation in the luxury Werf Cottages, two ice cream workshops, and dinner/breakfast/lunch.
