Things are hotting up at The Bakery at Jordan, this Wednesday 16th January, as they celebrate International Hot & Spicy Day.
The very talented Chef Thys from The Bakery has been preparing his special recipe Long Fuse Chilli Sauce for The Bakery and has named it after the popular Jordan wine, The Long Fuse Cabernet Sauvignon.
This sauce has great flavour, and is best smothered over our triple-cooked chips that are served with The Prospector Burger or are perfect for as a side dish to accompany the ‘new year’s resolution’ salad you promised yourself. It also adds that extra kick to the very popular Ramen Bowl if you like it with a little extra spice.
