Or fine winelands dining at the Restaurant at Jordan. Whatever you choose, even if it’s a day on the lawn, you’ll leave feeling refreshed. And probably with a bottle or two of your favourite wine.
Celebrate the 2020 harvest with Jordan Wine Estate by enjoying a picnic for two on their lawn and being entertained by The Psychedelic Theatre on 8 March!
A basket includes freshly baked, wood-fired ciabatta, Cape seed loaf and tahini bread with sesame and fennel seeds, a selection of charcuterie, homemade preserves and spread including a mixed pepper and feta paté, chicken liver and brandy paté, beetroot humus; smoked snoek and melon salad du jour, grilled and marinated pineapple skewers with cilantro and a citrus dressing, and a tarte tatin of apple, roasted shallot, bacon and goat’s cheese in a buttery pastry and a delicious Tiramisu!
All of this will cost just R425 per two people sharing. Wine can also be purchased all evening. They also have kiddies baskets for R125, which serves one child.
