On 24 September, the Hussar Grill is offering a bespoke butchery experience. They’re vacuum-packing their perfectly aged steaks and selling them from their refrigerated deli counter so that you can take home your favourite cuts.

All meat at The Hussar Grill is carefully wet-aged for a minimum of 28 days to ensure superbly matured, tender and flavourful steaks – A-grade meat sourced from only the best farms.
The Hussar Grill restaurants that offer a butchery counter include Mouille Point, Steenberg, Camps Bay, Paarl, Franschhoek, Worcester and George. The select cuts of meat available each day will vary.
