This Wednesday, May 16th, Karen Dudley and Backsberg Estate Cellars are hosting a night of fabulous food and wine at ‘The Kitchen’!
The night offers the opportunity to taste dishes out of Dudley’s brand new recipe book, before its public release. The menu will consist of small plates all paired to perfection with a selection of Backsberg wines.
Taste, connect, share and celebrate with friends over thoughtfully prepared food and beautiful wines. Backsberg’s 4th generation owner and company CEO, Simon Back, will personally present the selection of wines on the night. Guests will also have a chance to order any wines that took their fancy over the course of the evening and have them delivered to their door.
Tickets are R730 per person and include a three course dinner, with the middle course made up of 5 different dishes, 6 paired wines from Backsberg’s superior collection and a surprise gift from Mervyn Gers Ceramics.
This is bound to be a special evening celebrating the joy of good food and wine!
