They’re taking it a step further by hosting a five course meal consisting of fermented food AND beverages on the 31st of August.
Join them for a beverage and food pairing that included beer, wine and lacto-fermented sauces, artisan cheese, kimchi and kombucha. The event is a showcase for small business and entrepreneurial ventures. The intention is to give local producers a podium to shine.
