The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel in Constantia, – invites you to bring the whole family and celebrate Easter on Sunday 21 April at The Conservatory’s culinary team will present a delicious three -course, family-styled Easter feast at a cost of R550 per person, from 12h00 to 15h00.

1st COURSE

GREEN ASPARAGUS & GRUYERE TART
crispy onions & heirloom tomato salad, roasted pine nut vinaigrette

smoked almonds, black truffle emulsion

2nd COURSE

ROASTED KAROO LEG OF LAMB & SLOW-COOKED SHOULDER
stem broccoli, blackened garlic, wild carrots, mint jelly, roasted pan jus

braised baby leeks, lemon & spring onion beurre blanc
