Auslese specialises in wine and food pairings. Spearheaded by Aubergine patron chef, Harald Bresselschmidt, it’s an intimate setting where new vintages are showcased and paired with delicious food – and chef Harald’s exceptional hors d’oevres always steal the show!
Join the table on Friday 2 August at 7pm and experience the Spioenkop range of wines paired with a four-course dinner. The dinner will kick off with an aperitif and canapés and winemaker Koen Roose will be there to present his wines. The cost is R1000 per person. Details on the menu to follow soon.
