Like the one they’re hosting on 19 June at 7pm. It’s time to get your mambo on with expert mambo dancers at this long awaited Mambo Society event. Dance the night away to Latin tunes, salsa brava and charanga hits and new and classic mambo.

STARTERS (choose 1 option out of 3)
🍽Arancini: mushroom and truffle risotto balls on a creamy parmesan sauce
🍽Seared spicy tuna: rolled in 7 spices, thinly sliced with a lime mayo
🍽Beef Carpaccio: with parmesan shavings, fresh mushroom, rockets, capers & crostini.

MAINS: (choose 1 option out of 3)
🍽Spaghetti Vongole: baby clams, white wine, fresh cherry tomatoes, celery, parsley, garlic, chili & olive oil
🍽Baked Parmigiana: layers of grilled aubergines, napolitana sauce, mozzarella, pecorino romano and basil
🍽Wagyu Beef Burger: with mature cheddar, rocket & caramelized red onions with fries.

DESSERTS:
🍽A tray of desserts: tiramisu, cheesecake and chocolate brownies

The cost is R350 per person. The evening starts with welcome drinks, dinner is at 19:45 and the dance floor opens 21:30. The dress code is smart formal.
