If you like your meat juicy and falling off the bone, come to Vadas Smokehouse near Cape Town. The meat used is sourced from their own farm and is 100% organic and free-range. Cooked long and slow, they use cuts such as lamb shoulder, beef brisket and pork neck. And they have vegetarian options too!
Until 30 August, Vadas is dropping the price of their chef’s platter from R395 to just R200 per person. Enjoy it with a glass of award-winning Spier wine. What a bargain!
