As winter rolls in and beach days are few and far between, Shimmy Beach Club has partnered up with Eat Out to bring you a relaxed, fun filled food and wine experience in celebration of the world’s hottest fruit.
Guests are invited to enjoy a 12-course canape-style feast, with Chef Adrian as your guide, each mouthful an exploration of chilli in all its forms. Chilli is one of the most versatile ingredients on the planet, so you’ll get to enjoy everything from sushi to corn dogs to candied jalapeno.
Each course will have a suggested pairing, available for tasting or purchase, from one of the pop-up local beer, wine and spirit vendors at the venue. The food, drinks, entertainment and décor will all be focused on chilli – perfectly suited to the cold winter months – so you can expect your night to be a spicy one!

The event starts 6.30 for 7pm, just as the warm sunset reflects off the Atlantic. Park at the Silo parking in V&A Waterfront and enjoy a complimentary shuttle to Shimmy, as well as a welcome drink on your arrival. Tickets are limited so book yours now.
