A series of Pop-up Events will be held in the hotel lobby at The Oyster Box over the next few months. All Pop-up Events are open to the public and take place in the Hotel Lobby from 14:00-17:00.
On 9 May, join Grill Room Maître‘d, Hendry Pakiri will demonstrates his skill as a master Crepe maker,when he presents a Pop-up Pancake making session.
Pick up a few new garnishing tips and tricks from the hotel’s Head Chef, Luke Nair, with a Pop-up Garnish on Friday 27 June.
Be part of the behind-the scenes action, on Wednesday 9 July, with Executive Sous Pastry Chef Joanita Venter as she prepares items for the High Tea table at a Pop-up Pastry demonstration.
