Aubergine is a sophisticated fusion of contemporary and classic fine dining. Each dish is carefully crafted for the discerning palate and the wines carefully selected for the eager connoisseur.
Their autumn set menu aims to bring all that is Aubergine to life in each and every dish they present. Choose a two-course dining option for R305 per person or a three-course option for R415 per person.
Expect pork terrine, heart-warming penne with mushroom, thyme and blue cheese, beef shin and desserts such as glazed raspberry mousse and caramelised pear with anise and mace aroma and more. You will also receive a complimentary amuse bouche. [
