You’ll be welcomed by a sabrage to commence the class, a practice the founder, Achim von Arnim, pioneered in South Africa and is something you’ll definitely want to experience at least once. Chef Nic van Wyk will then cook up a storm and talk you through how to do it at home, followed by lunch in the terrace restaurant. You’ll receive the recipe to take home, as well as a host of happy memories and Instagram-worthy moments.
