On July 7th Ginger & Lime is celebrating the Sweet Potato; a seasonal staple and sexier cousin of the ordinary, but-shame-he-has-a-nice-personality potato. Whether baked, roasted, mashed or fried, this indulgent crowd-pleaser is the ultimate winter comfort food, guaranteed to fill your belly and warm your heart.

One Ingredient returns to the stunning food studio at Ginger & Lime for an evening of interactive cooking with chef Matt. This month, guests are shown just what can be done with the humble sweet potato, from making the gnocchi for the starter to the secret of getting the best sweet potato chips for the main course.
