Cook like a Master Chef with Manna Epicure’s new Cook Book

Manna Epicure’s menu goes from breakfast to dinner with Euro-Cape Town ease. From blueberry pancakes, rare roast beef on rye, a classic beef burger, squash and basil pasta and warm chocolate lava cup or vanilla crème brulee, plus more from your favourite restaurant, it’s easy to become a regular at Manna Epicure.

Take their recipes home too, with an inspired cook book with a touching back story.

Owner Agnés has created a cook book to honour her late partner, Chef Johannes, who sadly passed away in April 2017 after a battle with cancer. The collection of recipes reflects the French-South African cuisine you’ve come to expect from their restaurant.

From comfort food with typical Manna Epicure flair, or simple dishes to make for guests at home, it’s all about authenticity.

The cook book is due for release at the restaurant and in selected stores from next week.
