The Valentine’s day offer comprises three generous shared courses and a welcome Hendrick’s Gin cocktail for R900 per couple.

- Mussels with lemongrass, ginger, tarragon, corn and coconut cream sauce
- Tapioca calamari, sweet plum
- Edamame
Sharing mains
- Norwegian salmon with goats’ cheese & green bean salad, with a chilli vinaigrette
- Slow roasted lamb with baba ghanoush, and a spiced dressing
- Braaied Corn, garlic butter & Paprika
- Pit Roasted Cauliflower, cape malay coconut, tandoori oil
- Mushroom risotto for veggie option
Dessert
- Chocolate tart with passionfruit ice cream
- Strawberry cheesecake with honeycomb
Cocktail Pairings
In addition to the welcome drink, a selection of Hendrick’s Gin cocktails perfectly crafted to dazzle the tastebuds of the guests in the most unusual way. At an additional cost per contain, these can be paired with each of the courses.
