21 Gables Sauvignon Blanc 2019: passion fruit and fig and gooseberry notes make this great for lobster and chicken dishes.
21 Gables Chenin Blanc 2018: soft aromas of dried apricots and tropical fruit, with oak and vanilla on the nose. This goes great with crisp pork belly or duck dishes and pickled fish.
21 Gables Cabernet Sauvignon 2016: cassis and violets abound with concentrated cedar and pencil lead. This bold wine goes beautifully with chargrilled steaks or rich lamb shank stew.
21 Gables Pinotage 2016: caramelised black cherries, dark spice and dark chocolate make for a smooth, velvety wine that pairs well with red meat dishes and strong cheeses.
